Our UKONS Telephone-triage Training elearning course supports the training & development of healthcare professionals that undertake telephone triage of oncology and haematology patients using the UK Oncology Nurses Society (UKONS) 24hr Triage Tool.

The UKONS 24-Hour Triage Tool is a risk assessment tool that uses a Red, Amber and Green (RAG) scoring system to identify and prioritise the presenting problems of patients contacting 24-hour advice lines for assessment and advice.

Available to cancer care professionals around the world, exclusively from eIntegrity, the online training course is for any members of staff who may be required to monitor a 24-hour advice lines and use the UKONS tool.

There is a certificate available to those who complete the modules in this course.
