Can I download my certificate after my subscription has expired?
Whilst you will not be able to access your elearning certificate after the expiry of your licence via the ‘My e-Learning’ menu option and accessing the programme content, you can log in and use the ‘My activity’ / ‘Certificates’ menu option if you need to download a certificate again.
